Located near to shops and restaurants, this hotel offers a comfortable stay. the room is a decent size and the hot bath facilities are good. the staff is friendly and helpful, although communication in English can be a bit difficult. Breakfast options are fine with a good choice.
The parking system can be confusing.

I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel's location is perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were helpful and friendly, even though some struggled with English. Transportation was easy and there was ample parking available. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the rooftop spa and natural hot spring. Cleanliness was a top priority and the breakfast offered a great variety of choices.
Don't have any issues at all.

We spent Easter at a hotel in Kushiro and had a nice time. The rooms were modern and the double bed was huge. The location was perfect as there were plenty of restaurants to choose from within walking distance. We also enjoyed strolling by the waterfront.
The parking system was very confusing as the website stated one price for public parking but it was somewhere else which cost even more. The room had a strong smell of smoke, despite being labeled as non-smoking. The cleanliness was okay but could have been better considering the price. it was a place to sleep but we've had better hotel experiences before.

The SPA and rooftop SPA
Friendly and helpful personnel. Well located on the waterfront. Decent sized room. Good choice of breakfast. Hot bath facilities. Modern room with a huge double bed. Good value for money. Near bus station, piers, and restaurants
